Maintaining the continuous energy transfer of the 15/0,4 kV transformer-switching station through remote monitoring of equipment functions and switching operations, in cooperation with the Local Dispatch Centre.
24-hour monitoring of the operation of the power generation section, including checking the correct operation of the DC/AC photovoltaic inverters and their integrity within the monitoring software.
Monthly inspections of the 15/0.4 kV transformer-switching station and the power generation section, i.e.: DC/AC photovoltaic inverters, PV modules, support structures and their maintenance in accordance with the manufacturer’s requirements and the Operation and Maintenance Manual for the 15/0.4 kV transformer-switching station.
A 24/7 emergency response service consisting of the arrival of duly authorised technicians following a breakdown to determine its cause.
Conducting any and all electrical works necessary to remove the faults.
Carrying out tests and control measurements in accordance with the manufacturer’s recommendations for DC/AC photovoltaic inverters, photovoltaic modules and connections between devices, including thermal imaging tests.
Maintaining the plant in general order including mowing of vegetation.
WIND FARM MAINTENANCE
Maintaining the continuous energy transfer of the 110 MV transformer-switching station through remote monitoring of equipment functions and switching operations, in cooperation with the Dispatch Centre.
24-hour monitoring of the operation of the power generation section, including checking the correct operation of wind turbines and their integrity within the monitoring software.
Inspections of the 110 MV transformer and distribution station including HV and MV cables. Inspections of switchgear located in the turbines.
A 24/7 emergency response service consisting of the arrival of duly authorised technicians following a breakdown to determine its cause.
Conducting any and all electrical works necessary to remove the faults.
Carrying out tests and control measurements in accordance with the manufacturer’s recommendations for HV and LV equipment, HV and LV cables and connections between devices, including thermal imaging tests.
Maintaining the plant in general order including mowing of vegetation.
CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISION SERVICES
Site control and inspection to verify compliance with the requirements set out in design documentation and the Building Law, control and inspection of particular installations and systems commences as the construction works on-site actually begin.
Control and verification of the compliance of the execution of construction works to ensure compliance with the design documentation, specifications, technical knowledge and safety and environmental protection rules.
Confirmation of completed works and constructed facilities, including quality assessment.
Quality control monitoring.
Evaluation of the physical progress of the works.
Notification to the Customer of any shortcomings, defects, deviations from the quality plan and construction technology.
Controlling and approving relevant documents (attestations, quality certificates, test results, approvals) concerning the supplied equipment, materials, prefabricated elements and other products as well as assessing, where necessary, the quality of equipment, materials, prefabricated elements and other products on site before they are incorporated into the structure.
Ensuring that no unauthorised materials and products are used during construction.
